Scrubbers and gas cleaning

We have built scrubbers since 1998, from 600 mm in diameter and 3 metres high up to 6 metres in diameter and 25 metres high. Applications include waste incineration.

With heat-resistant resins and insulating three-dimensional glass fabric, the equipment handles operating temperatures up to 200 °C. A quench ahead of the scrubber cools gas from +180 °C.

There is no standard series. The scrubber is sized for your process, so the more we know about the gas, the faster we can propose a design. Flow, temperature and what needs removing is enough to start.
